The Viesta Group was asked by our friends over at Castle Construction UK Ltd to assist them with the renovation and development of this 19th Century Mansion back to its former glory.
Croxteth Mansions on Croxteth Road in Liverpool was once a former home to a Victorian Shipping Merchant. Built in 1850, this building would have once been a feature in the leafy suburb of Liverpool and a home to a wealthy family and its host of maids and servants.
The building was purchased from a housing association in Liverpool The Viesta Group helped Castle Construction restore most of the original features that were removed or ‘boxed in’. Being in a conservation area both companies worked closely with the local conservation officer as well as restore 70 box sash windows, remove the false ceiling and restore the original high vaulted ceiling and convert the development into 9 luxury, high-end apartments.
